Paris, Île-de-France, France, November 2024 – Unity Payton has been appointed as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition at Alvarez & Marsal (A&M). In her new role, she will oversee talent acquisition strategies and operations, bringing her extensive expertise to support A&M’s dynamic growth and commitment to delivering transformative business solutions.
Unity transitions into her new role at A&M after serving as Director, Talent Acquisition for the past year, where she led talent strategies for France and Iberia, enhancing recruitment processes and building impactful talent pipelines.
Previously, Unity held multiple leadership roles at Heidrick & Struggles, including Principal for Financial & Professional Services Practices, where she spearheaded private equity, investment banking, and professional services talent solutions for France. Over her 8-year tenure, she also served as Engagement Manager and Associate, demonstrating her ability to deliver results in highly specialized and competitive markets.
Her earlier experience includes her role as Research Associate at CTPartners, where she focused on private equity and M&A. She began her career at AMADEO Executive Search, contributing to asset management and private banking talent strategies.
