Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 – Urvashi Verma has joined Savills India as Associate Director – Human Resources, marking a significant milestone in her career as she takes on this strategic leadership role within one of India’s leading real estate consulting firms. A recognized HR40Under40 Future HR Leader, she brings with her over 15 years of HR experience across the real estate and consulting sectors.
Urvashi Verma joins Savills India after a successful stint as Vice President – Human Resources at Knight Frank India, where she served as HR Lead for revenue-generating verticals such as Capital Markets, Valuations, Research, and Strategic Consulting. During her tenure, she spearheaded key people initiatives across 10 cities and five service lines, leading end-to-end HR strategies and programs that directly impacted business performance.
Prior to this, she was associated with Colliers India, where she led Human Resources for the Facilities Management Services division. Her responsibilities spanned recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce transformation. She played a pivotal role in strengthening operational HR capabilities and ensuring alignment between business goals and talent strategy.
An active contributor to the broader HR ecosystem, Urvashi has participated as a guest speaker, panelist, and industry mentor at forums hosted by IIM Jammu, VIPS, and Chandigarh University, among others. She is passionate about driving conversations around AI in HR, DEI, employee engagement, and leadership development.
