New Delhi, Delhi, India, January 2026 — Vijay Wadhawan has been promoted to Chief Business Officer at Panasonic India, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey with the organisation. In his expanded role, he will lead Panasonic India’s overall business strategy, market expansion, enterprise solutions portfolio and growth transformation across consumer and B2B verticals.
In his current elevation at Panasonic India, Vijay brings nearly a decade of strategic leadership within the organisation. Prior to this promotion, he served as Director, Systems Solutions Division, where he led Panasonic’s enterprise systems business, expanding high-definition video conferencing, professional AV, security and surveillance, rugged mobility and smart factory solutions across India.
Before joining Panasonic, Vijay spent over four years at Samsung Electronics, progressing through leadership roles including General Manager and Director, Enterprise Mobility, where he built Samsung’s enterprise mobility and solutions business across India.
Earlier, he held senior leadership positions at Cisco Systems, serving as Vice President, Regional Manager and Team Lead, driving large-scale enterprise networking, collaboration and mobility transformation programs across the Greater Delhi region.
