Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, January 2025 – Vikas Nath Tripathi has joined Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited (Chola) as the Regional Chief Human Resources Manager. In this pivotal role, Vikas will lead efforts in talent management, HR operations, employee engagement, learning and development, and talent acquisition, aligning HR strategies with the organization’s broader objectives to drive growth and excellence.
Before joining Chola, Vikas served at Patra Corporation for over seven years. As Assistant Manager Human Resources, he focused on streamlining HR processes and elevating employee engagement. His tenure also included a five-year stint as Senior Executive Human Resources, during which he honed his expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and talent management.

Earlier in his career, Vikas worked at GA Technocare Technology as Human Resources Executive Recruitment, where he played a crucial role in sourcing and acquiring top talent. He also held the position of Senior Human Resources Recruiter at Prasha Solutions Pvt. Ltd., showcasing his capabilities in recruitment and onboarding.
