Bangalore, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Vikrant Kapur has joined Technicolor Games, powered by TransPerfect, as the new Head of Studio and Head of India Operations. In his new role, Vikrant will lead the India studio’s operations and play a crucial role in scaling Technicolor Games’ creative and delivery capabilities for global partners.
Vikrant brings over two decades of deep HR and leadership experience across top technology, media, and services firms. At Technicolor Group, he served as India and APAC HR Head, while also leading as Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Organizational Development, managing global initiatives that touched every facet of people, culture, and business transformation.

Prior to this, he was Head of HR for India at Better.com, where he led a massive growth and restructuring exercise, scaling the India team from 600 to over 4,000 employees, while establishing new functional teams in product design, commercial, and technology. His people-first strategies earned national recognition for culture and performance.
Before Better, he held leadership roles at Conduent, where he led Global HR Operations and Transformation, and at Accenture, where he held multiple senior leadership positions, including Global Head of Talent Sourcing, VP – HR Transformation, and VP – Leadership and Talent Development, driving innovation, automation, and future-ready HR capabilities across geographies.
Earlier in his career, Vikrant spent over four years with Genpact, followed by roles at ebookers and Accenture, where he managed large-scale training, transitions, and people development initiatives across India and international markets. He began his career in operations and training with Genpact.
Vikrant holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from Faculty of Management Studies – University of Delhi, one of India’s most prestigious B-schools.
