New Delhi, Delhi, India, September 2025 – Sant Nirankari Health City (SNHC) has announced the appointment of Vinay Dhawan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With over two decades of strategic financial leadership across global markets, Dhawan joins SNHC at a pivotal moment as the 1200+ bed state-of-the-art super-specialty hospital moves toward operationalization and long-term sustainability. In his new role, he will lead financial planning, business excellence, operational efficiency, and large-scale transformation to support SNHC’s vision of delivering affordable, world-class healthcare.
Prior to joining SNHC, Vinay Dhawan served for over 12 years at Innovis Telecom, where he held dual leadership roles—Global Group Chief Financial Officer and Director. He was instrumental in shaping financial strategy across multiple geographies including APAC, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the US. His tenure at Innovis was marked by significant achievements in cost optimization, global expansion, process automation, M&A, and investor relations.
Before Innovis, he worked at NIIT Limited as Financial Controller for nearly three years, where he led enterprise-wide financial operations and supported strategic business decisions that drove operational efficiency in the education and IT sector.
Previously, Dhawan held a Controllership role at EXL Service, contributing to core finance functions at their Noida corporate office for over three years, supporting compliance, reporting, and scaling finance processes during a time of high growth.
Earlier in his career, he worked in Finance and Accounts at Coca-Cola, where he built a strong foundation in financial operations, internal controls, and regional reporting. His tenure with Coca-Cola provided deep exposure to the FMCG sector’s dynamics and compliance frameworks.
