Hyderabad, Telangana, India, July 2025 — Vishal Chopra has stepped into a new role as Senior Associate Director at the Indian School of Business (ISB). This move marks a pivotal transition in his career—from a rich legacy in management consulting to a purposeful institution-building position at one of the world’s premier business schools.
In his new role at ISB, Vishal will be spearheading strategic initiatives and institution-building efforts, partnering closely with corporates and consulting firms to develop future-ready talent and leadership. His vision is anchored in long-term impact, with a focus on nurturing talent ecosystems that can drive meaningful change in the world of business and education.
Prior to this, Vishal served as Associate Vice President, Consulting at Right Management, where he led key consulting mandates for over two years, following a successful tenure as Program Manager, Consulting. He also served as a Member of the Advisory Council at Harvard Business Review, providing thought leadership at the global level.
Earlier in his career, Vishal co-founded Recalibrate.world, taught as Visiting Faculty at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and held senior consulting and learning leadership roles at InspireOne, Australian Institute of Management WA, and Onicra Credit Rating Agency. His journey also includes stints at Serco India, Spanco BPO, American Express, Bharti Airtel, and Tata Consultancy Services, highlighting a rich tapestry of experience across leadership, consulting, and organizational development.
