Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Jayanti Herbs & Spice has appointed Yashas MP as Director – Human Resources, based at its headquarters in Bengaluru, India. With over a decade of HR leadership experience, Yashas will focus on driving HR transformation, talent strategy, and aligning HR functions with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
Before joining Jayanti Herbs & Spice, Yashas served as HR Head (HR Business Partner) – South West Asia at Kerry, where he spent nearly eight years leading strategic HR initiatives. His role involved talent development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
Prior to Kerry, he worked with Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. as Unit Leader – HR, where he led learning & development, talent acquisition, and engagement strategies. His tenure also included labour law compliance and conflict resolution, ensuring a high-performance work culture. Earlier, at The Weir Group PLC, Yashas played a key role as an HR Generalist, focusing on talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Yashas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Ramaiah Institute of Technology and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier HR institutions. His academic background, coupled with his professional experience, equips him to drive organisational excellence and workforce innovation at Jayanti Herbs & Spice.
