New York, United States, July 2025 — Richemont has appointed Yuki Yang as Vice President, Talent, marking a pivotal step in strengthening its global people strategy. In her new role, Yuki will be responsible for leading global talent initiatives to support Richemont’s luxury maisons and drive organizational excellence across regions.
Yuki brings to Richemont a distinguished career of over two decades in talent acquisition, development, and leadership. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Talent at Fresh, a LVMH brand, where she also previously held the position of Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Talent Development. During her tenure, she built and led transformative talent programs aligned with the brand’s global growth trajectory.
Before Fresh, Yuki served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Sotheby’s, where she played a key role in reshaping recruitment strategies for the globally renowned auction house. Earlier, she spent over four years with Louis Vuitton, progressing through roles such as Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for hiring across major U.S. retail markets including Northeast, Midwest, and Fifth Avenue.
Yuki’s earlier career includes leadership stints in recruitment consulting at Michael Page International, executive search at LedbetterStevens, Inc., and operational support in compound management at Merck, where she began her professional journey.
A graduate of Rutgers University with a BS in Nutritional Sciences, Yuki also completed a thesis on dopamine and its effects on obesity, underscoring her analytical and research-oriented mindset from the start of her career.
Yuki’s appointment reflects Richemont’s continued investment in talent as a strategic priority for nurturing innovation, creativity, and leadership across its global portfolio.
