Tehran, Tehran Province, Iran, July 2025 — Zahra Shokouhi has been appointed as the Human Resources Director at Tejarat Sharq Industries Company (TSIC), a prominent name in the FMCG sector known for marketing leading beverage brands such as Rani, Barbican, and Vimto in Iran. In her new role, Zahra will lead all aspects of HR strategy, operations, and organizational development as the company scales its growth and workforce expansion across the region.
Zahra brings over 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, having worked across international and local organizations in roles spanning HR operations, business partnering, compliance, and employee engagement. Prior to this elevation, she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at TSIC, where she helped align the company’s people agenda with its commercial objectives.
Earlier, Zahra held various key HR roles at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where she worked for nearly nine years, including as HR Business Partner / HR Manager and HR Senior Specialist. She was instrumental in implementing streamlined payroll, audit compliance, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes across multiple locations in Iran. Her deep understanding of HR systems and people-centric leadership style made her a valued member of the HR team.
Zahra’s early career includes impactful stints as HR Expert and HR Generalist at reputed organizations such as Carrefour, where she handled core HR processes, payroll, compliance, and employee support functions. Her well-rounded expertise across diverse business environments will be critical in steering TSIC’s HR function into its next phase of evolution.
