United Kingdom, June 2025 – Zoe Flitter has taken on a new role as Group Head of People Development (Global) at FutureLife, a leading European network of fertility clinics. In this role, Zoe will be responsible for designing and executing FutureLife’s global people development strategy, with a focus on building a high-impact learning culture, leadership capability, and talent growth across all locations.
Zoe brings a wealth of experience from her recent five-year tenure at Care Fertility, where she served as Group Head of Learning & Development. There, she led succession planning, L&D strategy, and talent development across multiple sites. Her role involved aligning learning programs with business strategy, ensuring capability building, and delivering long-term impact through people-first solutions.
Prior to that, she worked with Rigid Containers Limited as Group Talent & Learning Manager, where she contributed to shaping L&D frameworks for multi-site operations. She also held several key roles over more than eight years at DS Smith, including Qualifications & Quality Manager, HR Manager (L&D Responsibility), and Training Manager. Across these roles, Zoe focused on performance development, workforce capability, succession planning, and leadership enablement.
Her earlier experience includes impactful years at Babcock International Group, where she served as a Skills Trainer Automotive, Essential Skills Tutor, and Assessor. These formative roles helped build her foundational strengths in workforce training, vocational skills, and development planning within technical sectors.
