Kelly’s most recent role was at Karsun Solutions, LLC, where she served as the Chief People Officer for over two years. In this capacity, she was responsible for delivering operational functions across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Contracts, Facilities, Marketing, and Communications. Kelly implemented human capital initiatives, built a people-centric culture to improve employee retention, and led change management efforts to enhance operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
Prior to Karsun Solutions, Kelly worked at Dovel Technologies as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Over three years, she led HR strategy and operations for the company, providing recommendations to the Board of Directors and Executive leadership on employee engagement, inclusion efforts, and organizational risks. Kelly played a key role in the successful acquisition of AceInfo Solutions, enhancing the overall employee value proposition and implementing an enterprise-wide learning and development program.
At CACI International Inc, Kelly held multiple roles, including Senior Vice President of HR, Vice President of Corporate Benefits, and Human Resources Director. Over four years, she supported sector leadership on HR imperatives, implemented innovative people initiatives, and participated in mergers and acquisitions. She also led the strategic development and rollout of company-wide financial, health, and welfare plans, and collaborated closely with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Earlier in her career, Kelly held various HR positions of increasing responsibility across diverse organizations within the finance, telecom, professional services, government contracting, and technology industries for over 16 years. Her extensive experience in these roles has equipped her with a deep understanding of human capital management and strategic HR leadership.
