Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, May 2025 – Milisha Nigam has been elevated to the role of Head – People Strategy and Experience at HyTechPro, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey. In this new capacity, she will lead strategic HR initiatives focused on enhancing employee experience, culture transformation, and talent development.
Milisha has been with HyTechPro for over six years, previously serving as Senior Manager – HR. In this role, she led a 15-member team overseeing HR functions including performance management, learning and development, and talent acquisition. She was instrumental in achieving Great Place to Work certification twice, and played a key role in the company’s digital transformation strategy. Her tenure also included pioneering the adoption of AI-driven HR analytics to improve recruitment efficiency and retention.
Prior to HyTechPro, Milisha worked as Manager – HR at Servosys Solutions, where she managed the full employee lifecycle and implemented structured training and employee engagement programs. She also handled HR audits for ISO and CMM Level 3 certifications and ensured smooth offboarding processes.
Earlier in her career, Milisha held the position of Assistant Manager – HR at Saxo India, where she played a vital role in strategic staffing and talent acquisition for both IT and support functions. She developed innovative sourcing strategies, oversaw background verification, and managed the employee referral program. Her ability to align talent initiatives with organizational goals significantly contributed to business growth.
Milisha’s earlier roles include leadership and consulting positions at Altudo, Nucleus Software, Ambition Management Solutions, Greycells18 Media Ltd, and Career Curators, where she gained diverse experience in recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement.
Milisha holds an MBA in Human Resources from Amity University and brings over 18 years of HR leadership experience to her new role at HyTechPro.
