Jamie Verdugo has been with Amerit Fleet Solutions for almost 6 years. Prior to her current role, she served as the AVP of Talent for approximately 2 years. In this position, Jamie played a crucial role in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to meet the company’s needs.
Before becoming AVP of Talent, Jamie was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Amerit Fleet Solutions for nearly 4 years. During her tenure, she led a team of recruiters and was responsible for executive recruitment, mentoring, and aligning talent initiatives with business objectives.
Prior to joining Amerit Fleet Solutions, Jamie was the Director of Recruiting at Spencer Reed Consulting for around 1.5 years, where she managed recruiting operations and developed talent acquisition strategies.
Jamie also spent nearly 6 years at Suna Solutions as the Director of Recruiting. She led a team of recruiters, performed executive recruitment, and provided leadership and direction to develop high-performing recruitment teams.
Earlier in her career, Jamie was the HR and Recruiting Manager at Independent Home Care Inc for over 3 years. She handled new hire paperwork, background checks, and managed personnel records, ensuring compliance and efficiency in HR operations.
