With over 15 years of experience in human resources, risk culture, and organizational development, Nikola brings extensive expertise to her new position, driving strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
Nikola Zaorska has been with Crown Resorts for approximately 1 year and 4 months. Prior to her current role, she served as the Senior Culture Lead – Melbourne for about 1 year and 4 months. In this capacity, Nikola was instrumental in driving cultural transformation and implementing culture remediation plans across various properties. She established Culture & Risk Culture Dashboard reporting for multiple property boards, developed Crown’s Psychological Safety approach, and collaborated with leaders to integrate Crown’s cultural narrative into corporate strategy.
Before that, Nikola held the position of Advisory Board Member at The Mulberry Group for over a year, where she provided strategic advice on culture, organizational dynamics, strategy, and risk.
Nikola also worked at National Australia Bank (NAB) for approximately 10 years in various roles, including Head of Employee Conduct, Head of Mandatory Learning, Senior Manager of Risk & Compliance Capability, and Associate Director of Culture. In these positions, she was responsible for managing employee conduct, compliance, and risk culture, and played a key role in enhancing the bank’s learning and development initiatives.
