Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Mukesh Tiwari has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Elevate Cap, an associate of Alta Capital Management. With over 20 years of expertise in real estate investments, Mukesh is set to spearhead Elevate Cap’s mission of building sustainable infrastructure in education and new-age real estate. His strategic leadership will focus on fostering growth, driving innovation, and developing quality infrastructure that supports nation-building efforts.
Mukesh’s career spans leading roles in prominent organizations. Most recently, he served as Business Head – Real Estate Private Equity, India & SEA in the Asset Management Division of Goldman Sachs, overseeing significant investment strategies and real estate transactions.

Prior to this, Mukesh was a Director at Actis, where he led acquisitions and asset management for the Asia Real Estate Private Equity business. His contributions included structuring investments and ensuring operational efficiency across portfolios.
Earlier, Mukesh held the role of Executive Director at Standard Chartered Bank, where he was a core team member in establishing the bank’s Real Estate Private Equity business in India. He played a critical role in sourcing opportunities, negotiations, and fund management for diverse investment projects.
Mukesh also gained extensive experience as an Associate Vice President at RREEF, where he focused on sourcing, diligence, asset management, and fundraising. His earlier roles at Ernst & Young and PwC further honed his expertise in real estate corporate finance and consulting.
