Jordan brings over a decade of progressive leadership experience at Goosehead Insurance Agency. Her journey began in 2010 as an Account Executive, where she honed her skills in client relations and communication. Transitioning to a Marketing Associate role in 2011, she expanded her expertise in public speaking and emotional intelligence.

In 2013, Jordan was promoted to Recruiting Manager, where she spearheaded sales hiring initiatives and enhanced cross-departmental communication. Her success in this role earned her a promotion to Managing Director of Talent Acquisition in 2016. Over the next nine years, she excelled in college and student recruiting, team building, and public speaking, solidifying her reputation as a strategic leader in talent acquisition.
