Knox County, Tennessee, December 2024 – Katie Connatser has been promoted to Vice President of Talent & Operations at Avèro Advisors, where she will lead efforts to shape the company’s workplace culture and drive operational excellence. In her new role, Connatser will focus on combining innovative strategies with data-driven business processes to foster creativity and efficiency within the organization.
Connatser joined Avèro Advisors in 2020 as a Project Manager, where she contributed to strategic technology planning and organizational leadership initiatives. After nearly two years in this role, she was promoted to Senior Manager, focusing on enterprise risk management and process improvement.
In May 2024, Connatser took on the role of Director of Talent & Operations, championing team-building efforts and enhancing operational efficiency. Her success in this position paved the way for her promotion to Vice President, where she continues to refine the company’s talent management and operational strategies.
Outside of her corporate career, Connatser is the Founder & Farmer of Wild Earth Flower Farm, where she blends her entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for sustainable farming.
