Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, July 2026 — SAP has promoted Emma O Loughlin to Sales Director, Corporate – UK Market Unit. In her new leadership role, she will lead a team of Account Executives serving customers across multiple industries within the UK market, supporting enterprise growth through SAP’s cloud and AI-powered business solutions.
Emma’s promotion marks another significant milestone in her nine-year journey with SAP, where she has steadily progressed through a series of commercial and sales leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Industry Account Executive for around four years, managing the complete sales cycle for SAP Cloud ERP and Line of Business applications across the Professional Services industry in the UK. During this period, she earned recognition through the SAP Winners Circle 2023 and SAP Winners Circle 2024, reflecting her outstanding sales performance and customer impact.
Earlier in her SAP career, Emma served as Channel Sales Manager – UKI for over one year, where she strengthened partner engagement and channel growth initiatives across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
She previously spent more than three years as a Digital Demand Executive, building expertise in digital sales, customer engagement and enterprise solution selling. Early in her SAP journey, Emma also completed the prestigious SAP Commercial Sales Academy, further developing her capabilities in enterprise technology sales and customer relationship management.
Emma began her career with SAP as a Support Associate Intern, gaining valuable experience in customer support and enterprise software before transitioning into commercial leadership roles.
