Goa, India, July 2026 — Procter & Gamble has promoted Sandeep Patil to Director – Product Supply. As a member of the Site Leadership Team, he will lead dry powder manufacturing operations, operational excellence, capability development and cross-functional initiatives that support business growth and manufacturing excellence.
Sandeep’s promotion marks another significant milestone in his career with Procter & Gamble, where he has spent more than four years driving operational excellence across manufacturing and supply operations. Prior to his elevation, he served as Senior Manager – Startup Operations for around two and a half years, leading startup operations, manufacturing readiness, operating system deployment and digital manufacturing transformation. During this period, he also held leadership assignments across Integrated Work Systems (IWS) and operations leadership, earning the Annual Plant Manager Award twice for his contributions to business impact, operational excellence and people leadership.
Earlier, he spent nearly two years as Senior Manager – Manufacturing, where he led manufacturing operations for a flagship consumer healthcare business, delivering significant improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people systems. His contributions during this period were recognized with the CEO Award for business impact.
Before joining Procter & Gamble, Sandeep built an extensive career spanning eight years with ACG World, progressing through leadership roles including Assistant Manager – Manufacturing Centre of Excellence, Manager – Supply Chain Operations and Senior Manager – Manufacturing Operations. During his tenure, he led manufacturing excellence, supply chain transformation, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, operational performance improvement and end-to-end manufacturing operations supporting global pharmaceutical and nutraceutical customers.
Earlier in his career, Sandeep worked as Assistant Manager – Product Support (After Sales Services) at Burckhardt Compression for more than three years, where he developed expertise in aftermarket operations, customer support and operational problem-solving. He also completed industry internships with CEAT Specialty Tyres India, Siemens and Bharat Forge Ltd., gaining early exposure to manufacturing excellence, quality systems and industrial operations.
Sandeep holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations and Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, strengthening his expertise in manufacturing, supply chain and operational leadership.
