Before this, she built a distinguished 13-year career with Procter & Gamble, culminating in her role as Director of Human Resources for P&G Colombia. Earlier in her journey at P&G, she drove employee relations and HR strategy in Panama, where she implemented key policy reforms and successfully mitigated major compliance risks.

Veronica began her professional career as an Intern in Internal Controls and Audit at AGN Jimenez & Asociados Ltda, gaining early insights into governance and compliance frameworks. Her diverse background across industries and geographies has equipped her with deep expertise in organisational design, human capital strategy, and talent management.

With this appointment, Banesco Panamá reinforces its commitment to fostering a dynamic, people-centric workplace culture while continuing its growth in the Panamanian financial services landscape.
