London, England, United Kingdom, July 2026 — Capgemini has appointed Hema Morjaria as Director, HR Transformation Leader in its Intelligent People Operations (IPO) Practice, effective May 2026. In her new role, she will design and deliver HR transformation and workforce solutions for global clients, partnering with business, consulting, and technology teams to develop innovative offerings powered by AI, automation, workforce analytics, and cloud technologies. She will work closely with senior HR and business leaders to modernise people operations and create measurable business value.
With over 20 years of experience spanning HR transformation, talent strategy, business development, and workforce consulting, Hema Morjaria has built an accomplished international career helping organisations transform their people functions and accelerate business growth. Prior to joining Capgemini, she served as Director, Business Development Leader – EMEA at Cielo Talent, where she collaborated with clients to design tailored talent acquisition, management, and retention solutions. She also took a six-month sabbatical with Capgemini before assuming her current leadership role.
Earlier, Hema was Director of Client Strategy – Europe at Talent Point, where she led the company’s European growth strategy for venture capital and private equity-backed organisations. Before that, she spent more than five years at Allegis Global Solutions, progressing through senior leadership roles including Director of Business Development – EMEA, Senior Client Solutions Manager – EMEA, and Recruitment Relationship Manager – Internal Recruitment, delivering innovative human capital and workforce solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Her earlier career includes leadership and recruitment roles with WorldPay, HSBC, Morjaria Construction Ltd, and Goldman Sachs, where she specialised in executive recruitment, workforce strategy, operational excellence, and talent acquisition across financial services, technology, legal, finance, and corporate functions. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered transformational people strategies, strengthened client partnerships, and driven operational improvements across global organisations.
