Gurgaon, Haryana, India, July 2025 — Neha Mantoo has joined TELUS Digital as Director – Talent Acquisition (Head – India), where she will lead the company’s hiring strategy, workforce scaling, and employer branding initiatives across its India operations. With a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving global TA mandates, Neha’s appointment marks a strategic step in TELUS Digital’s talent growth journey in India.
In her previous role as Head of Talent Acquisition at Gemini, she led global recruitment efforts across India, Singapore, the UK, and the US, while also establishing the company’s India development center from the ground up. Prior to that, she served at Better, where she held successive leadership roles in talent acquisition and oversaw the hiring of top tech and business talent across geographies.
Neha has also held key talent leadership positions at Uber, where she managed university and leadership hiring in India and South Asia, and nearbuy.com, where she scaled teams across functions from inception. Her earlier experience includes impactful roles at KPMG and Tech Mahindra, covering HR business partnering and talent acquisition for large-scale workforces.
With close to two decades of talent strategy experience, Neha is known for building agile teams, creating inclusive hiring programs, and aligning TA with long-term business vision.
