Reena Wahi Appointed as Partner and Head - People, Performance and Culture at KPMG India

India, July 2024 – Reena Wahi has joined KPMG India as Partner and Head – People, Performance and Culture, bringing extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and business transformation. Reena will be responsible for leading KPMG India’s people strategy, driving performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Reena Wahi most recently served as Senior Vice President Human Resources, Technology & Sustainability at Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd, where she led HR initiatives, technology integration, and sustainability projects. She focused on strategic HR leadership, culture change, and mergers & acquisitions, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and development.

Prior to that, Reena was a Client Partner at Korn Ferry Hay Group, where she managed business strategy, executive leadership, and HR strategy for various clients. She also served as Executive Director – Human Resources at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing strategic HR leadership and culture change initiatives.

At Aviva (Offshore Services), Reena was the Senior Vice President (Head of HR) & HR Integration, where she handled mergers & acquisitions and developed HR strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and organizational performance. She also held the position of Head of Human Resources at American Express TRS (Operations and related businesses), managing HR functions for key business units.

Reena’s career includes significant roles at Agilent Technologies, EXL Services, General Electric, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and The Park, New Delhi, where she contributed to HR leadership, compensation and benefits, and talent management.
