Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland, March 2025 – Sofigate has announced the appointment of Linda Alamäki as its new Head of People & Culture. With extensive experience in HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development, Linda will focus on driving employee experience, talent growth, and cultural transformation within the company.
Before stepping into her new role, Linda Alamäki held several leadership positions at Sofigate over the past eight years. Most recently, she served as People & Culture Lead (Salesforce) and Group Talent Business Partner (Team Lead), where she played a key role in developing HR strategies, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Previously, she served as Competence Development & Wellbeing Lead, where she focused on workforce well-being, learning programs, and HR process improvements. Additionally, as HR Manager and Team Lead of HR Business Partners, she was instrumental in enhancing onboarding processes and leadership development programs.
Before joining Sofigate, Linda gained over eight years of HR consulting experience at HR4 Group, where she led various client projects related to HR strategy, employment policies, and talent development. She also held HR project leadership roles at Nets, CGI, and Tieto, where she managed global HR harmonization projects and compensation strategies.
