Rob Forbes Appointed as Division Head, Learning Excellence at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

New Brunswick, NJ, USA, September 2024 – Rob Forbes has started a new position as Division Head, Learning Excellence at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. In this role, Rob will be responsible for spearheading innovative learning initiatives and overseeing training programs that support the growth and development of the organization’s talent across global teams.

Prior to this, Rob was a Senior Director at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson for over 2 years, where he led strategic initiatives in oncology and biopharmaceuticals, playing a key role in driving the company’s CAR-T platform and immuno-oncology advancements.

Earlier, Rob held the position of Group Product Director for the Oncology, CAR-T Platform at Janssen. His work during this 6-month tenure contributed to the progress of life-saving treatments in the oncology space, particularly focusing on innovative cell therapies.

Before that, Rob served as Director, Global Indication Lead at Johnson & Johnson, a role he held for over 3 years, where he managed global product strategies, ensuring alignment with patient needs and regulatory requirements.

His journey with Johnson & Johnson began with roles such as Product Director, Oncology and Product Manager, Simponi, where he contributed to advancing key therapeutic areas and sales optimization efforts, demonstrating a strong track record in both product management and sales.
