Egypt, October 2024 – Taager is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mostafa Nashaat as the new Head of People and Culture. With over a decade of HR leadership experience across the educational and manufacturing sectors, Mostafa will spearhead Taager’s HR strategy, fostering a people-centered culture that supports the company’s rapid expansion across the MENA region.
Most recently, Mr. Nashaat served as Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at The American University in Cairo. During his tenure, he provided critical HR support, focusing on organizational development, HR solutions, and talent acquisition to support the university’s strategic goals.
Prior to this, he dedicated over ten years to Juhayna Food Industries. As Section Head – HR Business Partner, he managed a team of business partners and oversaw HR for Juhayna’s manufacturing and supply chain sectors. His role included supporting four production plants, ensuring HR practices aligned with operational goals, and leading initiatives for supply chain and quality.
Earlier in his career at Juhayna, he held multiple roles, including Team Leader – HR Business Partner and Assistant Team Leader – Organization Development, where he gained invaluable experience in organizational development and recruitment.
