Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2024 – Arjun Singh has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer – Solar PV Business at Reliance Industries Limited. In this role, Arjun will be responsible for leading HR strategies and initiatives for the Solar PV Business division, contributing to the company’s growth in the renewable energy sector.
Arjun Singh was previously the Chief Human Resources Officer at Dixon Technologies India Limited for over a year, where he played a key role in shaping HR policies and strategies for India’s largest electronics manufacturing company.
Prior to that, Arjun served as the Vice President & Head Corporate Human Resources at CEAT Limited for over four years. Here, he led several Corporate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and spearheaded initiatives to improve productivity metrics and drive diversity and inclusion efforts.
Arjun also held the position of Vice President & Global Head R&D Human Resources at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals for over three years, supporting global research, medical, clinical, regulatory, and business development teams across multiple countries.
Earlier in his career, Arjun was part of the Tata Group in various HR roles, including Sr. Manager – Talent Management & Leadership Development at Tata Group HR and Sr. Manager – Human Resources at Tata Communications. His responsibilities included managing COEs, driving talent and leadership development agendas, and supporting business HR needs for multiple divisions.
