India, July 2024 – Bratindra Sanyal has accepted the role of VP and HR Leader – India and Philippines at AGS Health. With extensive experience in human resources, Bratindra is set to lead and enhance HR strategies across the regions.
Bratindra Sanyal was previously the HR Leader at Optum – UHG for over a year, where he managed HR functions for multiple businesses across India, overseeing a headcount of 8000+ employees. His role focused on the entire employee lifecycle, influencing business leaders to take ownership of various people interventions.
Before that, he served as the Head HR at Lendingkart, a leading fintech company in India. During his tenure, he set up HR processes, ramped up employee count, and created a high-performance, future-ready organization.
At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Bratindra was a Vice President, leading HR for multiple lines of business across Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. He spearheaded the HR transformation journey and managed all people interventions across the employee lifecycle.
Bratindra also worked as an HR Leader at Genpact for four years, managing HR for 13 F&A accounts globally and overseeing HR analytics for the vertical.
Earlier in his career, Bratindra held the position of Vice President – Human Resources at HSBC, where he gained experience in strategic HR leadership and team management. He also served as HR Lead at Tata AIA Life Insurance and as an Employee Relationship Manager at GECIS / GENPACT.
AGS Health is an analytics-driven, technology-enabled revenue cycle management company. The company alleviates financial and administrative burdens on healthcare providers by offering billing, coding, automation, and analytics services.
