Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — I G Petrochemicals Ltd has appointed Pramod Sanap as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In his new role, Pramod Sanap will work closely with the Management and Leadership Team to shape and drive a forward-looking people strategy aligned with the company’s long-term vision, mission, and business ambitions.
The appointment comes at a strategic phase for I G Petrochemicals Ltd as the company focuses on strengthening organisational capability, leadership development, cultural transformation, and workforce agility to support sustainable business growth and long-term competitiveness.
As CHRO, Pramod will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across people, culture, and capability development, with a focus on building a progressive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. His mandate includes strengthening leadership pipelines, enhancing employee engagement, fostering collaboration, and embedding a culture of continuous learning and accountability across the organisation.
A key focus area for him will be enabling the organisation to navigate business transformation effectively while building a future-ready workforce and strengthening organisational agility.
Pramod Sanap holds a Master’s Degree in Labour Studies from University of Mumbai and brings over 18 years of experience across Human Resources and Employee Relations functions.
Prior to joining I G Petrochemicals Ltd, he served as Senior Vice President – HR & ER at Laxmi Organic Industries. Over the course of his career, he has also worked with organisations including Hindustan Unilever, AkzoNobel India, and Diageo India, gaining significant experience in industrial relations, organisational transformation, leadership development, and strategic HR management.
The appointment further reinforces I G Petrochemicals Ltd’s commitment to building a strong people-centric organisation capable of supporting its future growth ambitions.
