In this pivotal role, Casey will lead the company’s HR operations, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives to support the growth of Tristate Armature across the Mid-South region.
Prior to joining Tristate Armature, Casey Yanero was involved in Global HR Projects at Sylvamo, where he spent nearly three years leading strategic HR projects. He played a key role in establishing the HR function for the newly formed publicly traded company and led several initiatives, including the implementation of a global HCM system and the integration of a major acquisition.
Before Sylvamo, Casey worked at International Paper for over nine years, where he held various HR leadership roles. His responsibilities included managing HR for multiple facilities, supporting legal and corporate departments, and overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development. Casey’s contributions earned him recognition within the company for his strategic approach to HR operations.
Casey also served as an HR Generalist and HR Associate in earlier roles at International Paper, where he honed his skills in labor relations, employee engagement, and leadership development, supporting both union and non-union workforces.
