Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2024 – Alex Mathew has accepted the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at KPN Farm Fresh, where he will be instrumental in driving the company towards making history in Indian retail.
Alex Mathew was previously with Landmark Group for over 12 years, where he held multiple key roles, including Head Talent and Culture, Landmark Group, India & Head HR, Max and Easybuy. He led HR initiatives, focusing on people management and persuasion. Before that, he served as Head of Human Resources for Max Fashion India and as Head – Corporate HR (Max) and Head HR (Easybuy).
Prior to his tenure at Landmark Group, Alex was AGM – Human Resources at Reliance Communications, where he managed learning and development, assessment and development centers, and sales training.
He also served as Sr. Manager – Human Resources at Telenor, focusing on people management and persuasion. Earlier, he worked as Sr. Consultant at DOOR Training and Consulting India Pvt. Ltd, and as Managing Partner at Azsure IT Services.
Alex began his career at CMC LTD as a Center Head, managing center operations.
