San Jose, California, United States, August 2024 – Rebecca Adams has been promoted to the position of Chief People Officer at Cohesity. Formerly the Senior Vice President of People and Workplace & CoS to the CEO, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in human resources and organizational leadership to her new role.
Rebecca Adams has been with Cohesity for 2 years. Before her promotion, she served as the Sr. Vice President, People and Workplace & CoS to the CEO for over a year. Prior to that, she was the Vice President CxO Operations & Chief of Staff to the CEO, where she played a pivotal role in strategic operations and executive management.
Before joining Cohesity, Rebecca had a significant tenure at VMware, where she held the position of Vice President, Exec Customer Relationships and GTM Ops. She also served as Chief of Staff to Chief Operating Officer, Customer Operations for over 7 years, managing business operations and strategic projects for the COO.
Rebecca’s career also includes a notable stint at SAP, where she was the Vice President and Chief of Staff, Applications & Platform Solutions. Her roles at SAP included Senior Director, Ecosystem & Channels Marketing and Head of Analytics Product Communications.
