Pfaeffikon, Switzerland, August 2024 – Michael Egermann has joined LGT Capital Partners as the new Chief People Officer. In this role, Michael will oversee all HR initiatives, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to support the company’s strategic goals and enhance its workforce capabilities.
Michael Egermann has started his role as the Chief People Officer at LGT Capital Partners, based in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. He will lead HR strategies to drive organizational success.
Previously, Michael served as the Head of Human Resources for Europe, Latin America, Middle East Africa, and Canada at Amgen. During his tenure of nearly 18 years at Amgen, he led HR initiatives across multiple regions, including Europe and Australia. He was instrumental in managing HR for Amgen’s global corporate functions and commercial operations.
Prior to Amgen, Michael worked at Mead Johnson Nutrition as the Associate Director of Staffing & Leadership Development and at Bristol-Myers Squibb in various HR management roles, including in the United States and Thailand. His extensive experience in global HR management and leadership development has prepared him to take on his new role at LGT Capital Partners.
