Miami, Florida, USA, July 2024 – Courtney Sewell Jones has begun her new position as Director of HR Technology at Lennar. In this role, Courtney will oversee the implementation and management of HR technology systems, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and enhance employee experience.
Courtney brings a wealth of experience in HR technology and product management. Before joining Lennar, she spent six years at Walmart in various roles. Most recently, she served as the Director of Product Management – Hiring & Onboarding, where she led initiatives to streamline hiring processes and improve onboarding experiences. Prior to this, she was the Principal Product Manager, focusing on delivering associate experience products for Walmart Stores. In her role as Sr. Product Manager, Hiring Product, she successfully reduced hiring times in stores from three weeks to 24 hours.
Courtney also held the position of Product Innovations Manager – Hiring Product, where she developed product solutions and strategies, including the implementation of a Quality of Hire App and enhancements to the Applicant Tracking System. Earlier in her career, she worked at Sam’s Club as a Project and Budget Manager, Marketing Member Communication, managing marketing data and campaigns, and at Walmart as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, handling recruitment processes and payroll duties.
