Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, July 2024 – Maram Albulush has commenced her new role as Head of Human Resources at National Bank of Bahrain, marking a significant advancement in her career.
Maram Albulush brings extensive experience in human resources management to her new position at National Bank of Bahrain. Before joining NBB, she served at Bank Muscat for almost nine years. In her tenure there, she advanced from HR Administrator to Senior Human Resources Officer, and ultimately to Human Resources & Admin Manager. Her responsibilities included talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development. Her skills in Workday, compensation and benefits, and employee training significantly contributed to the HR department’s success.
Earlier in her career, Maram worked as an HR and Admin Officer at Saudi Advanced Agriculture Company and as an HR Administrator at FAMA Technologies. Her roles involved handling various HR functions and honing her soft skills. Additionally, she gained valuable customer service experience at NESMA and Kingdom Hospital, where she worked as a Customer Care Representative and Coordinator.
