Nitta Phani Krishna brings extensive experience and expertise in human resources management to his new role at SPAR India. Previously, he served as AVP and Head – HR at Citymax Hotels India Pvt Ltd (A Landmark Group Company), where he managed HR functions for over nine years. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing HR operations, talent management, and strategic HR planning.

Before joining Citymax Hotels, Nitta Phani Krishna worked as General Manager Human Resources at DODSAL HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED (Pizza Hut), where he managed HR functions for all Pizza Hut outlets across South and West India. He also held the position of AGM – Human Resources at Videocon Industries Ltd, handling HR functions in South and East India.

Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Manager – Human Resources at Citymax Hotels India Private Limited, Regional HR – South at Sony India Pvt Ltd, and Deputy Manager – Human Resources at Trident Infosol Pvt Ltd. His career also includes roles at Paxar India Private Limited/Avery Denison, Bal Pharma Limited, and Pizza Corner India Pvt Ltd, where he managed HR functions and contributed to the development and implementation of HR strategies and processes.
