İstanbul, Üsküdar, Türkiye, July 2024 – Gülhiz Demir has started her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Memorial Healthcare Group. Gülhiz will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, strategic HR leadership, and driving HR transformation initiatives to support the organization’s growth and innovation.
Gülhiz Demir joins Memorial Healthcare Group from ING Türkiye, where she served as the Human Resources Director – HR Business Partnership. During her tenure, Gülhiz led HR initiatives, developed HR strategies, and successfully managed HR transformations, contributing significantly to the organization’s objectives.
Before joining ING Türkiye, Gülhiz held various leadership positions at Pegasus Airlines over a span of nearly seven years. As the Human Resources Director, she was instrumental in overseeing talent and reward management, organizational development, and compensation structures. Her efforts greatly enhanced the company’s HR processes and employee satisfaction.
Earlier in her career, Gülhiz served as Senior HR Manager – Reward & Optimization Business Unit at Enerjisa, where she was responsible for leading HR projects, managing employee engagement, and developing compensation systems. Her leadership was pivotal in optimizing the company’s HR operations and aligning them with business goals.
