Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2024 – Sambit Pattanaik has joined Trimetro Garments India Pvt Ltd (An EPIC Group Company) as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Sambit will oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and leadership development. He aims to enhance the employee experience, increase retention rates, and optimize benefit utilization by leveraging data and industry best practices.
Sambit Pattanaik has begun his tenure as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Trimetro Garments India Pvt Ltd, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. He will lead HR strategies to drive organizational success and cultivate a culture of productivity and growth.
Prior to joining Trimetro Garments, Sambit served as the Head People Experience and HR Operations – Associate Vice President at Bharti Airtel. During his tenure, he successfully implemented the Darwinbox HRMS tool, enhanced HR processes, and improved employee experience management. He also held key HR leadership roles at Bharti Airtel for the West Bengal, Odisha, Andaman Islands, and North Eastern regions.
Sambit has extensive experience in HR management, having previously worked as a CHR at American Tower, and as an Asst General Manager HR at RSPL Group. His career also includes significant roles at Tata Steel and BEML Ltd, where he managed various HR functions and contributed to organizational development and compliance.
