Career Journey: Mani Sharma has been with V5 Global Services Private Limited for over 17 years, holding multiple senior leadership positions. Before his appointment as COO, he served as the Chief Solutions Officer (CSO), where he was responsible for steering the company’s strategic direction and creating solutions that enhance brand value. His focus was on integrating technology and retail to build world-class solutions that drive customer businesses effectively.
Previously, Mani was the Senior Vice President of Managed & Trade Marketing Services from August 2021 to January 2024, where he played a crucial role in driving profitability and managing large-scale operations in the retail staffing and trade marketing domains. His journey at V5 Global also includes roles as Vice President, Associate Vice President, and General Manager of Retail, showcasing his deep experience in leading teams, account acquisition, and delivering on revenue targets.
