Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, August 2024 – Kathryn Swiggum has been promoted to Senior Director, People Business Partner at UnitedHealth Group. In her new role, Kathryn will continue to enhance organizational alignment, drive business transformation, and lead HR initiatives to support the company’s mission of helping people live healthier lives.
Prior to her promotion, Kathryn served as Director, People Business Partner at UnitedHealth Group for over three years, where she played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies, supporting business transformation, and aligning organizational goals with people initiatives.
Before joining UnitedHealth Group, Kathryn was the Human Resources Director at Park Nicollet Health Services. In this role, she was responsible for leading HR functions, driving organizational alignment, and overseeing business transformation efforts across the organization.
Earlier in her career, Kathryn held the position of Human Resources Business Partner Manager at Park Nicollet Health Services, where she led HR strategies and managed key HR processes to support business goals.
Kathryn also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Target, where she focused on team building, employee relations, and developing HR solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
In addition to these roles, Kathryn gained valuable experience as a District Manager at ALDI Stores, where she managed operations and led teams to achieve business objectives.
