Durham, England, United Kingdom, August 2024 — Lynsey Oni has started her new role as Director of People at Visualsoft Ltd. In this capacity, she will lead the company’s HR strategies, focusing on fostering a positive work environment and driving organizational growth.
Prior to her promotion, Lynsey served as Head of People at Visualsoft Ltd for over three years, where she played a crucial role in building and implementing the HR strategy, driving improvements in employee engagement, and managing various HR functions across the organization.
Before joining Visualsoft, Lynsey was the HR Manager at SYNLAB A&S, where she successfully established the HR function from scratch and led key initiatives in change management, TUPE, and employee retention.
Earlier in her career, Lynsey held the position of HR Manager at Derwentside Environmental Testing Services, where she oversaw the HR function during the company’s transition from a family-run business to a subsidiary of a Blue Chip company, managing change and improving business practices.
Lynsey also worked as an HR Advisor at Ensemble Clothing Limited, where she implemented a new HR department, managed TUPE contracts, and led various HR initiatives to improve employee relations and compliance.
In addition to these roles, Lynsey gained valuable experience in HR management and strategy at Mainetti UK Limited, where she managed HR for the Welsh branch and implemented successful engagement and cost-saving strategies.
