Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2024 – Aarti Varma has joined Kotak Securities as the new Vice President Human Resources, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership and strategic planning. In her new role, Aarti will oversee the human resources function, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and enhancing organizational culture.
Aarti Varma most recently served as Senior Manager – HRBP – Flipkart Health+ at Flipkart. From September 2022 to July 2024, she played a pivotal role in succession planning and talent management in Bengaluru, Karnataka. She successfully implemented HR strategies that aligned with business objectives and fostered a positive work environment.
Before Flipkart, Aarti was a Senior Manager at Alinea Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. from January 2019 to September 2022 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She focused on succession planning and HR generalist functions, contributing to the company’s growth and employee development.
Aarti also has a significant tenure at TCS (Tata Consultancy Services), where she worked as an HR Generalist from May 2008 to April 2018. Her decade-long service at TCS in Mumbai allowed her to gain substantial experience in various HR roles and responsibilities.
Earlier in her career, Aarti worked in HR at Iflex Solutions from 2005 to 2006, where she began her journey in the human resources field.
