Stephanie’s most recent role was as Director at EY, where she supported global clients on their transformation journeys, focusing on organization design, developing critical workforce capability, and innovative change management.

Before EY, Stephanie was Director at CREATRIX Management Consultancy Ltd, where she delivered sustainable business transformation through bespoke people and change management solutions. Her roles included Associate Partner at EY, Director of Organisational Design, Interim International HR Director, and Head of Organisational Effectiveness.

Stephanie also served as Vice President HR – Global Operations at Pearson, where she designed and delivered a Global Operations function as part of a wider digital transformation. Prior to this, she was the Head of Organisational Effectiveness at The Cooperative Group and Senior Vice President HR at Pace Technology, leading a commercially focused HR strategy for a global workforce.
