Navin Kumar has had a distinguished career at Tata Steel, where he spent approximately 15 years. His most recent role was as Head HRBP Shared Services TSJ, where he served for about 3 years.
Before this, Navin held several key positions, including Head BU HRM Iron Making and CWR Cell, TSK, Head BU HRM Noamundi, OMQ Division, and Sr. Manager HRM, Amenities & CWR cell, Tata Steel Jamshedpur.
He also served as Sr. Manager-HRM (EQMS and Engg Services), Shared Services Division Tata Steel Jamshedpur, and Sr. Manager-HR/IR (Corporate Services Division), Tata Steel Jamshedpur.
His early career included roles such as Manager-HR/IR (Jharia Division/OMQ Division) at Tata Steel and Asst. Manager-HR&EW at ACC Limited.
