Mumbai, India, August 2024 – Tamarind Global has announced the appointment of Indranil Sen as the new Head of Human Resources. In this role, Indranil will be responsible for leading HR strategy, designing and implementing transformation initiatives, and driving HR excellence across the organization.
Prior to joining Tamarind Global, Indranil co-founded AlterEGO Accelerators and served as the Head of Growth & New Ventures. He focused on consulting and implementing best-in-class organizational and people practices, culture transformation, and capability building. His work helped organizations become future-ready by fostering leadership and aligning people strategies with business goals.
Before that, Indranil was the Group Head HR at Biorad Medisys Pvt Ltd, where he led HR excellence and standards, and implemented HRIS systems to streamline operations. At Jumio Corporation, as the Associate Vice President, People and Culture, he played a key role in shaping organizational culture and driving people development initiatives.
Indranil also held the position of Head of Human Resources at Wiggles.in, where he mentored the HR function of the start-up, focusing on establishing the brand as an employer of choice. Additionally, at Lenskart.com, he served as the General Manager of People Experience Transformation, setting up and leading the HR function with a strong focus on compliance, transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
