Dubai, United Arab Emirates – November 2024 – Samah Al-Mounaged has taken on the role of Group Head Human Resources at Taif Al Emarat | طيف الإمارات, where she will lead the company’s HR strategies, focusing on talent management, policy compliance, and employee development. In this role, Samah will support the company’s expansion and operational objectives across the GCC region, aligning HR functions with Taif Al Emarat’s commitment to excellence in the luxury fragrance industry.
Prior to joining Taif Al Emarat, Samah held the role of Human Resources Operations Manager at Al Jaber Optical in the UAE. Over her two-year tenure, she was instrumental in overseeing HR operations, improving employee relations, and developing HR policies, contributing to operational efficiency within the organization.
Previously, Samah worked as a Recruiting Manager at Business Umbrella in 2022, where she managed recruitment projects and streamlined talent acquisition processes. Additionally, she served as a Freelance HR Consultant for TRINITY Medical S.A.R.L, consulting on various HR strategies across the UAE and Lebanon.
Her extensive HR background includes the role of Group HR & Development Manager at Orkin and SANIPRO, where she led HR and talent development across multiple countries, enhancing workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives. As HR Group Manager & Vice Chairman at Royal Consultancy Group, Samah managed strategic HR functions, supporting business growth across Lebanon, Egypt, Qatar, and the UAE.
