Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – November 2024 – Ranjith K P has recently taken on the role of Senior Director, Human Resources at Palo Alto Networks. In this position, Ranjith will be responsible for leading HR initiatives in India, driving people strategies, and collaborating with senior leaders to align HR practices with Palo Alto Networks’ mission to create a secure digital future.
Before his promotion, Ranjith served as Human Resources Director at Palo Alto Networks, where he successfully led HR operations in the India region for nearly three years. His work focused on building a culture of collaboration and excellence and implementing strategic HR practices to support the company’s growth and position it as a preferred workplace in India.
Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, Ranjith was the HR Director at Fortinet, where he oversaw HR functions for India and the SAARC region. He led initiatives to foster innovation, collaboration, and a people-centric culture, contributing to Fortinet’s recognition as a “Great Place to Work.” His efforts in building an agile, growth-oriented environment played a significant role in Fortinet’s expansion in India.
Earlier in his career, Ranjith held a leadership position at Cisco Systems as Manager HR for multiple engineering business groups, focusing on strategic HR partnerships and talent management across functions. He also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at McAfee, supporting HR strategies for various business units and driving impactful HR initiatives.
