Atlanta, United States – November 2024 – Elizabeth Price has taken on the role of Chief People & Culture Officer at First Advantage, bringing over two decades of experience in human resources, corporate governance, and employment law. Elizabeth will lead First Advantage’s People & Culture strategies, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, operational compliance, and a positive workplace culture across the company’s extensive global footprint.
Elizabeth has dedicated nearly 20 years to First Advantage, most recently serving as SVP, Global Employment Counsel, where she provided expert legal counsel on HR and compliance matters for the company’s 5,300+ employees across 18 countries. Her contributions have been pivotal in areas like HR compliance, labor relations, intellectual property, and ESG initiatives. Her leadership extended to overseeing First Advantage’s licensing department and sustainability efforts, aligning legal requirements with organizational objectives.
Previously, she held the position of VP, Associate General Counsel at First Advantage, where she advised on employment policies, HR strategies, and global vendor contracts across the U.S. and APAC regions. Elizabeth’s deep expertise in corporate governance and strategic risk management positioned her as a key advisor in labor and employment issues.
Earlier in her career, Elizabeth held the role of Senior Associate Counsel, where she facilitated $319 million in acquisition agreements and enhanced First Advantage’s global mobility and trademark strategies. Prior to joining First Advantage, she contributed to Microsoft as a Legal & Tax Consultant, where she was instrumental in evolving Microsoft’s Global Mobility Program and managing legal compliance across the company’s international assignments.
