Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, June 2025 – Nicole Chapman has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at OE Utility Services, marking a significant addition to the company’s executive leadership team. In her new role, Nicole will spearhead the people strategy and culture transformation, while also championing health, safety, and employee well-being across the organization. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, she will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy and objectives, with a clear focus on fostering a positive, inclusive, and people-centric workplace culture for the entire OE family.
Prior to this appointment, Nicole served as Senior Director, People & Culture at OE Utility Services, where she was responsible for overseeing people strategies, supporting business objectives, and driving cultural and engagement initiatives across the company. Her leadership during this period has laid a strong foundation for the next phase of HR transformation within OE Utility Services.
Before joining OE Utility Services, Nicole held several senior HR leadership roles, including VP People and Culture at Woodlore International, Tayco, and BRC Group. Her tenure at Tayco spanned nearly a decade, where she progressed from Human Resources Business Partner to Vice President, leading diverse HR teams and implementing innovative programs that supported organizational growth and employee development.
Nicole’s career also includes impactful experience in the nonprofit sector, having served as Manager, Human Resources & Volunteer Engagement and Human Resources Generalist at The Arthritis Society Canada, as well as in earlier HR roles at The Griffin Centre and Wilfrid Laurier University. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to people-centric leadership, culture building, and organizational excellence.
